We are concerned about these problems and the landlord's refusal to make repairs.
To address these and other issues, please join the tenants association. You have the
legal right to join a tenants association. We can win by standing united. We will be calling
a meeting within the next few weeks (or put the date and time of the meeting here) to
formalize the organization, elect officers and hear tenants' complaints.
